You come to the notary's office of our cooperating notary, sign the documentation we have prepared for you, and by the next working day, you will have a registered LLC with an assigned registration number in the Commercial Register.

Procedure for Signing Documentation from Abroad:

If you are signing documents from outside Slovakia, rest assured that your LLC can still be registered by the business day following our receipt of all required documentation. We will provide you with drafts of the documents via email, along with clear instructions for signing and any required notarization or apostille. After you’ve signed the documents, you can send us scanned copies. To expedite the process, we will handle official translations in advance, ensuring that when the courier delivers your original documents, all translations are prepared for immediate submission to the Commercial Registry.

The one-working-day time frame is calculated from the day we receive the complete documents, not from the time the documents are executed.
